Lower Table Rock Trailhead

Lower Table Rock is the longer but less aggressive hike of the two rocks. Near Central Point the Lower Table Rock Hike is approximately 2.2 miles, one way, from the parking lot to the end of the rock, which overlooks Central Point, Oregon. (Central point neighbors Medford, Oregon)

Wedged between Cornerstone Rd and Wheeler Rd, the Lower Table Rock paved parking lot is the start of your Hike. The lot has seasonal bathrooms but no water fountain so pack in your own water. Flowers scatter the trail but don’t bring your animals, horses and dogs not allowed. Multiple benches along the way for you to rest and enjoy a view along your hike. Watch for poison oak and bring sunscreen as there isn’t much shade.

Lower Table Rock Trailhead Hike is approximately 18 minutes Northwest of Central Point. Get onto Table Rock Rd heading towards highway 23

- (You'll quickly cross over Snider Creek)
In ~1 mile turn left onto Cornerstone Rd
Keep left into the parking lot
