Toketee Falls, Oregon

The formation of this 115 foot waterfall is a result of the North Umpqua Wild and Scenic River carving a sinuous gorge out of the lava flow. Near trailhead #1495 you'll observe a wooden pipeline spanning 12 feet in diameter- which surprisingly leads profusely. This pipeline regulates and reduces the water flow over the falls resulting in hydroelectricity and a constant stream over the falls. The North Umpqua River keeps this viewpoint strong year round.
